1) If in any case CCSB caught admin donator or recieved numerous reports of admin donator hacking while he/she were admining any Colosseum Servers, the admin donator's admin will be frozen at immediate cause. Shall be found guilty of hacking by the investigation team, he/she will be given a last warning. If he/she were found hacking again for the 2nd time, the adminship will be taken away at immediate cause and NO refund is applicable.

2) If in any case CCSB recieved numerous reports of admin donator intensively abusing the adminship, admin donator's adminship will be frozen and be given a last warning. If he/she were found intensively abusing again for the 2nd time, the adminship will be taken away at immediate cause and NO refund is applicable.

3) The CCSB governming body have the rights to suspend any admin donators adminship for any reasons that may lead to potential threats towards Colosseum Server's Security and Stability.

4) Refund is not applicable

1) Server will be provided as described upon payment. However if client creditcard is subjected to being fraudulent, cskec.net have the right to reject the money.

2) cskec.net is not responsible for any server crashes due to bad plugins or reduction in server performance. However, our support team will try our best to fix the problems

3) Refund is ONLY applicable within 3 days upon server purchase
